JANUARY WEEKEND [Saturday January 14th]

Warm Up - Equal Distance exercise (Sometimes caused Bomb & Shield  from Forum Theatre exercises)

Participants walked around the space.
everyone was asked to  select 2 other people in their mind.
The aim of the exercise, for each participant, is to walk around the space and keep an equal distance between them self and the two people they have chosen.
The group may come to a point that everyone stands still...or the exercise may need to end without this point
Prompting themes of Body awareness/ connection to others/ cause and effect)

Today opened with a workshop on Visualising Information with weblinks and examples
